Our Services
Centered Counseling offers a wide range of counseling services, including adolescent, individual, and family therapy in-person or with telehealth sessions. Our services are designed to support families and individuals at every stage of life.
In therapy, I take a holistic aproach looking at the whole person and their situation. Using CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused aproches we will work together for you to find a path forward.
Our Expertise
Carol Walsh is a licensed LPC and has expertise in a variety of areas, including adolescents, anxiety, and depression, Working with adolescents and adults, she takes a holistic approach to counseling and understands that the best therapy happens in an honest, trusting environment. Using evidence-based interventions to help families achieve positive outcomes.
Carol earned her master’s degree in Science of Counseling from Southern Methodist University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas. She has worked as a school counselor, as a volunteer for the Youth and Family Centers at Dallas Independent School District (DISD), and with DISD’s Resource Center.
