Yes! I provide online therapy for Texas residents and in-person therapy at my office in Dallas.

Can you use Ketamine-assisted therapy for anxiety?

While ketamine-assisted therapy has been primarily used to treat depression, a growing amount of research has shown this approach to be effective for anxiety as well.

60-minute sessions are $150 for teens, adults, and those receiving ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP).

Yes, I am in-network with BCBS Texas, Oscar Health, United Health, Oxford, Cigna, and Aetna. Clients who are with different insurance companies are provided with a super bill for possible reimbursement from their insurer.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24-hour notice. No-shows or late cancellations are charged the full session amount.

How do I pay for therapy?

Payments can be made with all major debit and credit cards or FSA/HSA funds.

What is the No Surprises Act?

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under federal law, health care providers must give patients who don’t have insurance or who aren’t using insurance an estimate of their bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like sessions, testing, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Health care providers must provide a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
