Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Life’s Turning Points
If stress and fear consume your thoughts, it’s difficult to focus or get out of bed in the morning, or you’re struggling to find your way right now, know that you’re not the only one. Many people go through periods where they need the support that comes through therapy.
As a therapist, I firmly believe that you have the capability within you to heal. My job is to help you uncover your strengths, reconnect with your body, and identify tools that support your healing. Throughout treatment, whether it’s therapy for anxiety, depression, or other concerns, we’ll work together to help you lower distress, care for your well-being, and work toward changes you want to see in your life.
Your twenties and thirties are often filled with major life decisions and significant changes. You’re trying to figure out who you are, what you believe, and how to care for yourself. You may be changing jobs, starting a family, moving, or navigating relationships. Or, you’re trying to heal from childhood experiences that cause you stress in the present.
Whatever has led you to this point, there’s help available. Therapy gives you a safe space to learn about yourself and your needs, understand your strengths, and find ways to build connections in your daily life. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, experiences, and behaviors in a non-judgmental way. I’ll help you move toward your goals and identify tools to support lasting change.
Available for teens 12 years and older.
Many teens face peer pressure, academic stress, identity exploration, and emotional struggles. Therapy provides a supportive environment where they can express themselves, and develop coping strategies, to build up their resilience.
Throughout treatment, I’ll help your child build their communication skills, self-esteem, and decision-making abilities. We’ll find ways to develop their support team and foster healthier relationships between themselves and others.
As their parent, you’re a crucial part of the therapeutic process. I’ll set up regular meetings to update you on your teen’s progress and the skills they’re working on. I’ll also provide parenting support and offer strategies for how you can support your teen’s therapy work at home.
Available for individuals 18 and older. The first session must be conducted in person.
If traditional talk therapy isn’t giving you the symptom relief that you need, ketamine-assisted therapy may be an option to jumpstart your progress. This treatment combines small doses of ketamine with psychotherapy in a safe and controlled setting. The drug creates a state of deep relaxation and altered consciousness, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings more freely.
This can help break through negative thought patterns and provide new perspectives, aiding in the treatment of conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD. It can act as a reset for your brain and can help you gain new insights and perspectives, making it easier to address deep-seated emotional issues within therapy. This approach can be especially beneficial if you’ve been experiencing treatment-resistant depression or are in urgent need of symptom relief.
You’ve come to the right place. I’m passionate about helping clients gain a deeper understanding of how their brains work and how to advocate for the support they need to care for themselves.
Therapy can be a powerful tool in managing and healing from the impact of depression. You’ll have the space to explore the underlying causes, learn coping strategies, and develop healthier thought patterns. Therapy provides a safe, supportive environment to discuss feelings and experiences and works against the isolation that is so common with depression. Over time, therapy can lead to lasting changes in mood, behavior, and overall well-being.
Therapy for anxiety can help significantly reduce symptoms and improve your quality of life. In sessions, we’ll explore the root causes of your anxiety, identify triggers, and strengthen coping skills. You’ll have a welcoming place to express your feelings, reduce stress, and build resilience.
It’s common to feel hesitant or nervous to open up about suicidal thoughts or self-harm. In therapy, you’ll have a nonjudgmental place to talk about these concerns and your experiences. I’ll help you create a safety plan, and identify triggers, healthy copy strategies, and internal strengths. Together, we’ll address underlying issues such as depression, trauma, or anxiety, and work towards building a sense of hope and purpose.
There are many ways therapy can support individuals with ADHD. During sessions, we’ll identify holistic ways to support your well-being and limit the impact ADHD symptoms have on your life. You’ll also have the space to freely explore emotions or challenges related to ADHD, such as frustration, shame, low self-esteem, and societal barriers. My goal is to help you better understand how to care for yourself and know that you aren’t broken. You’re navigating a world that wasn’t built for you, but together we’ll create a plan to help you thrive.
Changes in your relationships, career, health, or living situation can create uncertainty. You might feel overwhelmed, excited, or lost. There's no right or wrong way to feel. Regardless of where you're at, therapy can help you process your emotions, navigate uncertainty, and develop resilience. I'll support you in gaining clarity, setting new goals, and adapting to the changes in your life.
Many conditions fall under the umbrella of neurodiversity, such as ADHD, autism, OCD, dyslexia, and more. Neurodivergent affirming therapy recognizes and celebrates the unique ways your brain processes information and experiences the world. I tailor treatment to help you navigate daily challenges living in a neurotypical world, enhance your strengths, and improve your overall well-being. My goal is to help you thrive in a way that aligns with your unique perspective and needs.
